    IML Security Supply is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy governs how we treat the Personal Information received from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”). This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

    Our website is not used to collect consumer opt-in for this campaign. By texting or providing a telephone number to IML Security Supply, you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging. We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals.

    By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. IML Security Supply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy for your convenience. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

    “Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or user/screen name, as well as the any Personal Information that you choose to include in messages you send.

    What Personal Information is collected about you

    Through the use of the Service, IML Security Supply will receive the following: your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send to other users of the Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us. Once the Service has ended, your information will be deleted and you will need to start another SMS for any future requests.

    How IML Security Supply uses Personal Information about you

    We use Personal Information to (a) provide you with the Service, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) improve the Service and (d) if necessary, contact you with important messages regarding your response.

    Disclosure of your information

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may use or disclose such information in any of the following limited circumstances:
    • We have your consent.
    • We need to enforce our Terms of Service.
    • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights, or the legal rights of others, or defend against legal claims.
    • We believe it is necessary to share Personal Information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of IML Security Supply’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. We may share aggregated information with others without further notice. An example of this would be the number of people who used the Service in a given month or the total number of texts sent in a given week/month.

    A mobile user might opt-in by:
  • Engaging an IML Employee by entering a direct phone number to start service.

    • Opting Out

    Your personal information will be removed once your chat session has ended. We do not use your information to send out announcements or marketing/promotional messages.

    Children

    The Service is not intended for children under 13, and IML Security Supply does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.

    IML Security Supply requires that users of this service be limited to US residents only.

    SMS Terms of Service

    Use of the IML Security Supply text message-based services (“Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

    1. IML Security Supply will allow several different opportunities, such as a entering a phone number online, to opt-in to SMS services.
    2. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers. Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). ***Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages***
    3. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and IML Security Supply is not liable for the cost of any such messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
    4. You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you receive when using the Service, and you agree that IML Security Supply will not be liable to you if this occurs.
    5. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your mobile phone number when you opt in to the Service, you authorize IML Security Supply to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable.
